Spacious room, cozy kitchen, the room had a large fridge and was conveniently located near Ernst Reuter Place U-Bahn, making it easy to explore the area.

The location is lovely and quiet with a short walk to the S and U Bahn.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by some issues. Upon arrival, we were given a used room that hadn't been cleaned, but thankfully the front desk staff resolved it swiftly. However, the new room had persistent brown stains on the bedding, and the absence of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable. It was disappointing to find that our food and drinks were missing after the housekeeping service, with only an apology from the staff as compensation.

Positive, The Garden Studio was spacious and super comfy. I loved the large window that opened up to a lovely courtyard. The location was great, close to transport and charming Italian restaurants. The staff were personable and knew my name, which made me feel right at home. 🌿

The suite was very well equipped and comfortable. The staff catered to all our requests, like the baby crib and even extra ice at the front desk for our drinks, like true professionals.

I had a wonderful experience with the spacious room and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that opened onto a peaceful balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette came in handy for snacks and drinks. I loved the proximity to great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. However, it would have been nice to have more international channels available on the TV.
